The folks from Pony Express were really wonderful to work with. Roberta was quick to respond to our inquiry. She set us up with an inspection right away. Doug who worked on our problem was very nice, efficient, and explained clearly what they were doing and why. They sealed all the spots that rats had found to get into the house. Next, they set traps and came weekly to inspect them. We haven't seen any sign of rats since. Always on time, ready to answer any questions. I highly recommend them!

This company is family owned, the husband and wife that came out inspected my home and were transparent through out the entire situation. I felt comfortable to ask as many questions as needed. Pony express doesn't service my area but I called about an insect I found in my house, I sent a pic, they identified it for me, and gave me free tips on how to exterminate it. I talked to Berta, she's Very friendly, they helped me even though they knew they couldn't service my area. Thank you so much Call this company, you won't regret it. Doug has been providing pest control for my family for almost 2 years. This 3rd generation family owned business goes above and beyond to provide customer service. Their service is exactly what they say it will be and more. Whenever I need extra service, my call is answered promptly or returned within a few hours. Doug easily works with my schedule. We had a bat living under our eaves and something living in our attic. Doug explained what he can do and if extra costs were expected and quickly took care of the issues and no further treatment was needed.
